Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, who handles it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors from anywhere, including the EU, UK and California.
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name and work email, and optionally your company, the kind of help you need, a budget range, a timeline and your message. We use this to reply to you and to understand your enquiry.
When you take the AI Readiness Assessment. While you answer, your answers stay in your browser. If you ask for the full report, we receive your name, work email, optionally your company and its size, your answers and your score, and we email you the report. If you choose not to ask for it, nothing is sent to us.
When you use the Automation ROI Calculator. While you enter numbers, they stay in your browser, and the calculator keeps your answers there for up to a week so you can come back to them. If you ask for the detailed report, we receive your name, work email, company, optionally your role and country, and the figures you entered and the result, and we email you the report as a PDF. In our records we keep your salary as a band, not the exact figure.
Where you came from. With a form submission we include the page you first landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This tells us which channels bring useful enquiries.
How the site is used. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, and Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions (clicks, scrolling and page views) so we can see where visitors get stuck. Clarity masks what you type into form fields. Neither tool loads unless you accept.
Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss working together.
- To send you the assessment report you asked for, and to follow up about your result. We use your score and any red flags to decide how to reply, and a person reviews every request.
- To understand which pages and channels help visitors, so we can improve the site.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To prioritise enquiries. We may apply simple rules, for example based on the budget and timeline you give, to decide how quickly to reply. A person reviews every enquiry, and nothing that significantly affects you is decided automatically.
We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in to receive them, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it
These providers process information on our behalf, only to deliver their service to us:
- Google Workspace, for our email.
- Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox and sends you your assessment report.
- HubSpot, our customer relationship system, where enquiries are recorded, together with the IP address they were sent from.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for site analytics (only if you accept).
- Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar for strategy calls. If you choose to book, it receives your name, email address and chosen time, and sends the calendar invite.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being filled in by a person and not a bot. It runs only on our forms and receives your IP address and basic browser details to do this.
- A virtual private server hosting provider, which hosts this website.
We share information beyond this only if the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in Sri Lanka, and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for two years from our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each tool and is reviewed regularly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. We will respond within 30 days, and usually sooner. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. You can change your analytics choice at any time on the cookie policy page.
