We keep this site light on tracking. This page lists what is stored in your browser and why.
Always on
Session storage: where your visit started. We remember the first page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags for the length of your visit, so that if you send us an enquiry we can tell which channel it came from. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Local storage: your analytics choice. If we ask about analytics cookies, we remember your answer so we do not ask again.
Local storage: your calculator answers. If you use the Automation ROI Calculator, it keeps the answers you have entered on this device for up to a week, so you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent to us unless you ask for the report, and Start over clears them.
Bot check on our forms. Where a form needs it, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a short check to confirm the form is being used by a person. It is there to keep the forms secure, so it does not wait for your choice. It loads only when you reach a form.
Booking calendar (only if you open it)
The calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com. It loads only when you choose Show available times, and Cal.com may set its own cookies once it has loaded.
Analytics (only if you accept)
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed. IP addresses are anonymised.
Microsoft Clarity sets cookies and records anonymised sessions (clicks, scrolling and page views) so we can see where visitors get stuck. What you type into form fields is masked.
Neither loads until you choose Accept in the cookie banner.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data collected through cookies.
Controlling cookies
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop you using the site. For more on how we handle personal information, see our privacy policy.
